I do severla to try to say healthy. I ofetn brink apple Juice and Vegatable Juice and training my muscles. I do sit-ups and push-up sometimes night. I sometimes run in the park. Running is very tired, but, It is very healthey. I try to exerise as often as possible. I belong to a baseball club where I usually play aftey school. I am careful about my diet. For example, I rarey drink carbonated drink. I try to keep in shape and stay healthy.
